What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is transparent about the vision for the organization and shares with corporate overviews. Judging by the recent hires into the company, it appears real steps are being taken to transform the organization for the better.
They'll always communicate & assist however they can.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. There is a high lack of communication at LGC from the executive leadership team down to the individual contributor, goals are often unclear and not transparent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
4 percent 401K match is great

Salary is at a competitive market rate
