Love the open door policy and the support

Leadership is transparent, they help to keep your goals in front of you to keep you focused. They are family oriented, and something I consistently see is constant improvement daily in our business because of our upper leadership.
Vision. Employee first thinking. Innovative
They are hands-on in the company from top to bottom and care about the success of their employees.
Everything our CEO sets out to accomplish he does!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options, 401k match, and company partially paid benefits are good

100% commission which is nice for sales

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are based on constant and never ending improvement. Our team exemplifies that
I believe that my co-workers are all some of the best in their respective fields (sales, construction, marketing, etc)
They are humans with a good heart.
