Dynamic environment. Time spent working at customer sites and, in some cases, working from home.

I was able to meet most of the upper management and see the company had 5+ year plan.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall compensation is fair. I think LHP makes an honest attempt to retain employees by offering competitive compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Will not only listen to employees but also take there comments and suggestions into consideration and many times you will see them implemented. I think they understand they're limitation to understand everything so they rely on their employees to come up with solutions.
