
The pay is the best part.
Well for those not a client sites the time spent at work can be very flexible, but for those that do not have that luxury, it can be completely opposite.
Needs to be better at recognizing that the real heart of the company is based on the backs of the engineering resources they have. They are the real bread winners.
Hard to say as most of the team is scattered out across many different organizations. ie, as a consultant, you do not always have a team that you are working with.
More focus should be put on the guys and gals that bring in the cash for LHP. They are the back bone. There needs to be something extra in there for them.
