I don't like the work that I am doing. Wish I had a different project.
More focus should be put on the guys and gals that bring in the cash for LHP. They are the back bone. There needs to be something extra in there for them.

Employees are expendable. That thought process needs to change. Compensation based on performance does not seem to exist. Just an arbitrary number that barely keeps up with inflation
