For the most part it was good, minus a few things like pay and the "overtime" pay. I do not believe employees are treated as fairly as they should be. Especially closing stores down and only giving a week notice and no severance pay.

I really like my DSM who worked really quickly and hard to get things done.

My workers within my store and within other stores were extremely helpful if there was a problem .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a store manager and made significantly less than the manager before me that I trained. When I stepped down to a part time employee after being with the company for five years my pay became minimum wage.
