I love it here! My manager is pretty amazing and my team is truly wonderful. I feel supported, I feel like I'm making a difference and I also get a lot out of working with my cross-functional partners. I like how transparent the executive team is with us and i appreciate the weekly updates on things

I feel like everyone here is legit a good person. Everyone seems like they want to make sure to connect with others and take interest in their work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but i don't understand the stocks here and I was told I needed to invest my own money to have equity. Seems odd compared to other jobs
