VERY poor customer service. Arcane way of trying to add new service to service already established. Turned to an awful afternoon and caused me to cancel service. If they cannot add a new service to my Life Lock, why would I think that they are able to monitor my security?
Get rid of the call center you are using. It is impossible to deal w them, some language issues, I’m sure, but they are the face of your company & my experience with them has been me than frustratin
Provide Title Lock for homes that are in a trust.
They outsource their customer service to the Philippines and India, and although they are very polite, they are not efficient in solving the problems. Very disappointed!
