Just like any job... sometimes you really hate it. But most times I love working here and with the people I work with.

LifeLock has the worst customer service ever

They outsource their customer service to the Philippines and India, and although they are very polite, they are not efficient in solving the problems. Very disappointed!

What can this brand most improve?

Provide Title Lock for homes that are in a trust.

What can this brand most improve?

Get rid of the call center you are using. It is impossible to deal w them, some language issues, I’m sure, but they are the face of your company & my experience with them has been me than frustratin
