What are some of the best things about your team?The team is diverse, dedicated and always seeking to improve despite lack of Executive support.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Executive Staff needs to listen to and support the staff providing care to clients. Stop assuming what is needed. Respect the front line. It feels more controlling and money driven for personal benefits.Us and them attitude does not make a productive team.
