The supervisor goes at overall "vibes" vs. actual skills and adequately being able to do the job applied for, This creates a lack of skills and ability to do the applied for job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No one is expected to meet a minimum standard. They have NO KIPs and they have NO requirements of the employees including attendance. They constantly overly rely on the employees that are good at their jobs VS. making sure that all employees are trained at the appropriate level.
What do you like best about your company?
The fun activities they do for the employees.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Compensation and staffing departments according to work load.
