Division is transitioning from prudential to lifeworks and the current teams within lifeworks are not very helpful and have severe issues mantaining staff causing projects to go late and finished sloppily.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could be paid more elsewhere, in fact I may be looking soon given the feedback on the quarterly calls.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The HR rep from monteal was a half hour late for the phone interview. I would be on time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is fantastic and I love working with her and learning from her. Exectutive management likes to dodge questions during quarterly calls.
