What did you like most about the interview process?
I had interviewed long ago by professional people from HR. To bad nothing like this nowadays
Recruiters are knowledgeable, hiring managers provide perspective and peer interviews really allow you to understand the role you are interested in
For my current role it was fairly quick
Professional recruiter and hiring manager meeting was also very considerate to my schedule to make it happen

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The HR rep from monteal was a half hour late for the phone interview. I would be on time.
