What do you like best about the leadership team?
Amazing leader! Authentic and very understanding!
Approachable, thoughtful and inspirational leadership team.
They have a strong passion for our mission, inspire hard work and innovative thinking, and empower people to invoke change.
They are leading the fight against domestic violence and taking a stand for others that are too tired to stand the voices of victims who art
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health insurance. Many options.

pay, bonus and benefits it's all good!
I really don't even know if I have one but I honestly don't care bc I love my job and giving back to the organization that once saved me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make sure environment is safe and facility is staffed
Staff are overworked. The Director has no concern for his staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are the dream team!
My team is like family - we work hard, have each other's backs, and will go the extra mile for the company and for each other.
We work great together and are supportive, encouraging and respectfu!l to one another
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The staff needs more training and better mentoring from managers.
The don't understand some aspects of the company and training would help tremendously.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People just want to get the job done well and efficiently
Co-workers are gteat but there is not a lot of transparency from department leaders.

Work hard and play hard. Focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
The culture at Lighthouse is unique in that it inspires hard work and lacks the bureaucracy found in most organizations its size.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honestly the management has no people skills.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed the opportunity to meet various people throughout the organization and hear their passion for the work that Lighthouse does.
During the interview process at Lighthouse, you have the opportunity to sit down and chat with members from different teams, which gives you a holistic view of the organization and who you would be predominantly working with on a day-to-day basis.

What makes you most happy at work?
I like coming to work everyday knowing that the people I am surrounded by are decent humans that are top in their field. I also believe that we foster a culture and values that people can really relate to on a daily basis.

My team members are continually striving to produce the best work, which in turn makes it exciting to come in and collaborate with some of the brightest and hard-working individuals in the industry.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, the problems start at the top. The is no leadership and ineffective management
Bad leadership. Get a competent and synthetic Executive.
