What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive pay, 6% 401k Matching, PTO, flexible hours, great health benefits.
6% matching for 401(k) is awesome. The health benefits are also amazing. I see top-quality doctors and have access to 24/7 telemedicine. The founder also added a special assistance package for cancer sufferers, which was a super classy move. Obviously I appreciate the free-flowing food and snacks.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall a great team, everyone bringing something to the table. My manager's motto is "We win as a team"
When you ask for help, you'll never hear "no." My coworkers go above and beyond to help me out when I feel overwhelmed or need a second opinion. I can always count on our team!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management helps you be successful in your role. Giving you the tools, training, people whatever it is you need to be successful they will work to give you. The work culture, and team is positive, we all win together.
I appreciate the flexibility of the management team and the casual attire. Also, management is quick to offer benefits that make our workday more comfortable, from free snacks, lunches and beverages (cold brew on tap!) to the best, most up-to-date equipment and nice furniture for our workspaces.

Great chatting and meeting with people. They moved it along pretty fast too which was nice.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people, and the fun projects. A lot of my projects I get to pick, and prioritize. My manager is easily the best boss I have ever worked for.
