What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits are great, but the flexibility and trust in employees to get work done in the way that works for them, is what sets Limeade apart.

Base pay is adequate, Bonus is good when it occur (usually 40% of promise), Basic healthcare

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We were gaslit into thinking that taking away a bonus is what we wanted and instead it was replaced with RSUs which have next to no value. In addition, our benefits have severely gone down.
