Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher amount towards our 401k, or possibly shares for the employees

Insurance premiums are too high, $450 a month for individual and has such a high deductible that it covers nothing. Salary is low compared to others in my position at other companies in the area as well as my bonus, I am not on the huge year end profit sharing bonus ,
