What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is extremely passionate about what they do and our common goal of bettering brain health. Everyone I work with goes above and beyond to ensure this product does well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I love the people I work with; everyones an expert at what they do and they are always willing to help
What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership within Linus Health has great goals and intentions. All of our leaders are experts in their fields and prioritizing these ideas and requirements is something we are in the process of refining. The openness to this feedback and iteration on these ideas is what I like the most.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There's been a lot of changes in leadership lately so once that all shakes out and the economy improves a bit and we make more sales, I'll be more confident in the company.
