The pay is excellent compared to similar positions but the lack of communication from management is really discouraging.

The hourly pay is higher than most work from home data entry positions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is lack of communication with homeworkers and when you do get an email back it's a generic response with no thought put into it.
