Lionbridge Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Lionbridge offers many benefits .

Although my plan is a little expensive due to personal health, the basic package is very affordable and really quite good

Great pay and opportunities available to all.

All part are really very good

Review from Operations Dept

We have a lot of holidays

Learning and getting continuous experience

The 401k plan has been helping me save extra for retirement on top of my other investments.

Review from IT Dept

Compensation is fair for the work I do

Review from IT Dept

I get paid regularly, and am also offered a retirement plan suited for my personal needs.

There is no compensation package

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More benefits for Contractor not only for people with UOP.

Having a pay rise and some acknlegement

in the past ten years minimum wage has increased 70 % and our wages have increased 6%. remedy this or nothing else matters

We should have better money

Better pay, rewards and recognition

Review from Operations Dept

50 hour weeks on salary, for five years, and NO RAISES and one limpass bonus of a month's pay (minus taxes, of course).

As a several year employee, I feel that being evaluated for raises is important. Also, being classified as a part time employee, there is no room for growth, or benefits.

Review from IT Dept

Communication, not left to figure things out by yourself that are impossible

Review from Operations Dept

Limited part-time employment and no room for full time employment.
