Although my plan is a little expensive due to personal health, the basic package is very affordable and really quite good

We have a lot of holidays
There is no compensation package
I get paid regularly, and am also offered a retirement plan suited for my personal needs.
The 401k plan has been helping me save extra for retirement on top of my other investments.

Having a pay rise and some acknlegement
in the past ten years minimum wage has increased 70 % and our wages have increased 6%. remedy this or nothing else matters

As a several year employee, I feel that being evaluated for raises is important. Also, being classified as a part time employee, there is no room for growth, or benefits.

Limited part-time employment and no room for full time employment.
50 hour weeks on salary, for five years, and NO RAISES and one limpass bonus of a month's pay (minus taxes, of course).
