What makes you most happy at work?

Doing what I like to do daily

I enjoy that the company focuses on more than just money. I personally feel that they care deeply about the comfort of employees. I mean. I do wish we could work from home still. But with the contracts we get with our clients I understand the need for heavy guarded office hours only

Being able to work when is convenient for my schedule.

I can work when I want to as opposed set hours.

I get to set my own hours, work wherever I want to, and feel a sense of accomplishment when completing my work.

I make my own hours and can work whenever I have time. I'm a single mother of two, and I require multiple breaks from work to care for them. This company allows me to do that and also compensates me well for my work.

I get to work remotely at my own pace which I love.
