Management is available, but the training is so thorough that they are rarely needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was entirely online, through email and their website. It included a week-long exam.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a supportive, informative environment, with a lot of room for personal preference and self management.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to set my own hours, work wherever I want to, and feel a sense of accomplishment when completing my work.
