Better technical equipment, better IT support, more realistic hours/pay, and so, so much more.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Talked ONCE to manager on the phone and was hired. Still have yet to actually MEET anyone who works at Lionbridge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
50 hour weeks on salary, for five years, and NO RAISES and one limpass bonus of a month's pay (minus taxes, of course).
