It got adjusted but still underpaid weekly pay is nice

Salary is great and raises are above average compared to previous employers.

Everything about it is good

Our pay is on par with the market value, and if it is not, they are trying to get it there.

it's acceptable, fair to what is offered at other similar sized organizations.

It's available and use able

Hourly rate is high but work hours are ridiculously high

it's not the money but the inclusion of effort.

There's a very well monitored pay rate system in place which is nice. It's nice to know your appreciated and thank yous are great and all but a raise says it the best

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Did not pay bonus as specified in signed agreement

Underpaid, more money better treatment from higher up and treated equally only higher up get treated good

The pay does make people feel undervalued when they feel they have contributed a lot to the company

When u have been there for about 8 years then u have people come in that makes more and do less work then u

C-level management and VPs make millons for their base pay, but anyone under that makes below-market hour rates and salaries. Less expensive benefits package would help.
