Executive Bio
As Vice President of Customer Success, Jen is passionate about helping customers realize the full value of LiquidPlanner and is hyper focused on providing a world class customer experience. She has been a key member of the LiquidPlanner team since joining in 2009. Recognized for leadership, she pioneered early roles in the company from Sales and Business Development to Customer Success Management where her vision has transformed our approach to customer partnership and advocacy. From her prior background in Project Management consulting, Jen brings a clear understanding of the project management space and understands customer needs firsthand. Jen graduated from University of Puget Sound with a double major in Business and Art History. She enjoys adventuring around the world, and loves running, yoga, and spending time with her family.
