What do you like best about the leadership team?
They were the best I have ever had for a job.

Communication, feedback, listening and advice from the peopel doing the job
Communication. Performance reviews. Transparency. Direction. Structure. Consistency. Integrity
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Basic and decent overall package along with 401K match
Compensation package is decent, health could be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus plan is not transparent and no raises
Lack of transparency and nobody listening to process improvement advice
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sharing insights with each other
Able to deal with ambiguity amidst a lot of changes in leadership and direction.
Collaboration, spirit, teamwork and socials
They are very hardworking and trustworthy

Fast, open, informative and what i thought was realistic

Being able to talk to people and save them money on their insurance.
