Ms. Meenal Anil Sethna has been the Chief Financial Officer of Littelfuse Inc., since March 31, 2016 and has been its Executive Vice President since April 8, 2016. Ms. Sethna served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Littelfuse Inc. since May 2015. Ms. Sethna is responsible for the treasury, investor relations and financial planning & analysis at Littelfuse Inc. Prior to joining Littelfuse, she spent four years at Illinois Tool Works as Vice President and Corporate Controller. She served as a Vice President, Finance at Motorola Inc from 2004 through 2010. She began her career at Baxter International, holding a variety of finance roles during her tenure. She is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the University of Illinois-Urbana and is a Certified Public Accountant.
