  • Not secure. I was employed there for almost 15 months and was laid off for vague reasons. It wasn't due to my performance, but structural changes.

  • Not positive. The entire team had a change over. No clear communication. The head of marketing is usually unavailable.

  • There isn't clear communication or assets delivered on time. You're looped into conversations or projects as they start and it can be very confusing. The marketing VP is hardly around to give feedback. When he does, it's vague and inconsistent so I don't know what he really wants.

  • Overachievers. But if there's a new boss who wants to bring in their own hires, it doesn't matter. You'll get laid off and replaced with someone else.

  • Raises are supposed to happen yearly. Raises this year were pushed off. Supposed to happen in April, did not. I was laid off in August without a raise. I had been at littleBits over a year.
