What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is incredibly smart and talented, but also friendly and collaborative. You can work hard, build great products, but also have a lot of fun.

It is extremely supportive of each employee and recognizes their pursuits outside of the office.

Drinking is totally cool (this is both a pro + con). The company is really relaxed and chill work-wise.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
