What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put people first - our members are at the heart of everything we do and this means listening to employees so we have what we need to take care of our members completely.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel the base pay, bonus and other work from home perks are very fair and generous. I also really like my healthcare plan!

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work on is super passionate and thrive on connection with each other and the members we serve. The clinical department certainly has a growth mindset and is always working to improve - processes, ourselves, the company and how we give back to others.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Helping customers, even tho mgmt says it was done in incorrect order or wording. Not every call can be scripted
The company values diversity and has dedicated money and resources to this area. As far as my work environment, I have always been WFH and they provide a stipend for workplace setup.

Stating exactly what job entails. Never told I would be troubleshooting devices in real time
