Mr. Joseph M. Holsten, also known as Joe, served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at LKQ Corp. from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011. Mr. Holsten served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of LKQ Corp., holding company of LKQ A&R Auto Parts, Inc. from November 1998 to January 1, 2011. He served various positions of increasing responsibility with North American and International operations of Waste Management, Inc. for approximately 17 years. From February 1997 to July 1998, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Waste Management, Inc. From July 1995 to February 1997, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Waste Management International, PLC where his responsibility was to streamline operating activities. Mr. Holsten has been the Executive Chairman at LKQ Corp. since March 6, 2017 and served as its Chairman from November 7, 2011 to March 2017. He served as a Staff Auditor at a public accounting firm.
