I felt very mistreated and I feel they are a huge waist of time energy and $ they do not like hard workers and often manipulate processes that jeopardize the integrity of products and makes recorded statistics inadequate and therefore strategies implomented for improvement are often unsuccessful

Easy to talk to. Cares about the people and company.

The leadership would be well advised to get rid of the driftwood who are good at looking busy yet accomplishing nothing. Or maybe the leadership can just focus on quality instead of quantity. That is asking a lot from this place, though.

They need to supervise the work being done and oversee that it is being done properly and penalties for inadequate performances

I should be hired directly through the corporation and have access to all benefits and resources provided and be rated and paid according to my skill level

I learn alot from their lack of communication

The supervisors and team leads everyone who has seniority needs to be stripped of their authorities and level out the pay so everyone is equal and offer salary increases if certian goals are achieved
