What makes you most happy at work?Working and learning new things and making the people who do not do their jobs properly nervous

What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership would be well advised to get rid of the driftwood who are good at looking busy yet accomplishing nothing. Or maybe the leadership can just focus on quality instead of quantity. That is asking a lot from this place, though.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to supervise the work being done and oversee that it is being done properly and penalties for inadequate performances
