Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
match compensation with market and provide better benefits 401K match, annual bonus or salary increase
pay is not at par with the market. There is no employee stock option and the 401 K match is way too small

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
people are so fragmented and do not have complete picture of what their goals are and where the company is going
its a sinking ship and people are constantly looking out for job. There is no motivation to work

people are constantly looking to move out due to uncertainty within the company, attrition is very high
need to get more business in terms of projects and work assignments

it needs to be targeted to the job and project requirements

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
everyone thinks that this ship is sinking and there is no hope. That needs to change, new light needs to shine
management is very rigid, not flexible in terms of getting new business
