What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that everyone works together as a team and we can bounce ideas off of each other. Everyone is willing to pitch in and help I am very happy here and feel like my ideas and position are truly appreciated and respected.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is fair with the ability for overtime on occasion. The medical, dental and vision plan is great. Wish they offered 401k or some type of retirement plan.

What are some of the best things about your team?
teamwork and knowing how to work hard and have fun too. My team is very supportive willing to train and educate new hires and help them feel apart of the family.

Willingness to jump in and be apart, fun patient focused atmosphere.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet with the COO and some of the Directors to see if I was a good fit.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Change the HR outsourcing company
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do something different everyday it is never boring. I like the projects that I get to oversee and collaborate with other Directors on.
