What do you like best about your company?The culture, co-workers and compensation
What do you like best about the leadership team?I like that everyone works together as a team and we can bounce ideas off of each other. Everyone is willing to pitch in and help I am very happy here and feel like my ideas and position are truly appreciated and respected.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The pay is fair with the ability for overtime on occasion. The medical, dental and vision plan is great. Wish they offered 401k or some type of retirement plan.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Change the HR outsourcing company
