From the time I was hired, I have enjoyed working at loft. It is not your typical retail environment. I have the ability to have a good work life balance and to interact with people in a different way than ever before. To be able to instill confidence in the average person puts a smile on my face.

Interacting with customers and making them feel confident about themselves from what they are wearing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed being asked questions that were unusual and made me think outside the box.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am currently part time, but the flexibility while being in school while working at LOFT has really been beneficial to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement of men and women in staying true to themselves, being comfortable in their own skin, and taking risk in their everyday lives to follow their passions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working at loft I enjoy the support and encouragement of my leadership team. I love the team building events and exercises we do, because it reflects in the store and customer atmosphere
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our ability to work together and problem solve as a group. Our ability to step in for one another when the store gets really busy. We are all trained to work the register, inventory & stock, and customer service.
