Terrific strategic planning process and each member on the management team is open to listening to employee feedback and will adjust accordingly, or respond appropriately with a fair explanation.
Supportive of each other and the entire organization, excellent communication and execution of company vision and strategy.

All Compensation/Equity is transparent at Logic Supply regardless of role, level of seniority, etc.

If it alligned with industry standards for other areas with similar high cost of living.
