What do you like best about the leadership team?
The direction the company has continued to head. As well as the transparency/sharing of where we are today with regard to executive KPIs and continuing the discussion of where we have come from, where we are going, and how we are going to get there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Whenever I seek anyone out for help, they don`t have to be in my department, everyone is always willing to take the time to make time to ensure I have everything I need. Pride in the work we do and respect for working toward a common goal.
