What do you like best about the leadership team?
Vision, dedication and the can do attitude which has grown the company multi-folds in a very short span
Extremely focussed, hardworking and driven. On top of things, high on ownership, always available which helps us move really first and acquire more channels.
They are deeply attached with the ground force. They guide the ground force and help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No one cares about your health issue they just want work all the time
Trust & not micromanage the employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
LogiNext payscale is best comparable on of the industry. You can never be dissatisfied with what you will be offered.
HRA is fairly Adjusted being in a metro city.\nBonuses are fairly given based on performance. \n
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being paid in amount of work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Agenda less, directionless meetings all day
Very agile, hardworking and street smart.
They help eachother. They share stories of their failure which help other co workers as well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LogiNext has a highly nurturing environment. The learning's are unlimited and the culture is very open and encouraging. You never feel left out.
Learning and Growth! Constant desire to self learn and learn from others and grow across the management levels.
The environment is extremely positive. A lot of hustling and bustling happens at any time of the day starting from 9 AM and even 10 PM.
