We do a good job and are rewarded for it
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop treating her like a plantation the drivers are the people that work in the fields Management is in the big house they have no Black people and either one of their offices
It is very difficult to motivate the team and get results.

They laid out everything the job entails
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make sure the drivers are trained Instead of giving the answer to the hazmat test And throwing them in the truck with no training. You're a new driver because you have a CDL

The company is not utilizing resources appropriately
