Cliche, but it's the people. We have hired some of the best people, both in their ability to do the job and their upbeat collaborative attitudes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that everybody gets equity and is thus vested in the companies success. The benefits are also incredibly generous, better then any company I've worked for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is growing fast and incredibly nimble. We're still a small company and that means everyone needs to be flexible about what their role is. We've managed to hire a lot of people who thrive in this environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows we're all working towards the same goal which means we help each other out when we need to. We also celebrate our successes very openly, and try to learn as much as we can from our failures.
