What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Lotame cares about people. They both challenge folks to be successful and support them in achieving individual as well as company goals.
Visibility, Honesty, Dedication, and making an effort to provide opportunities for work/life balance.
They listen to anyone and everyone - they have a true open door policy
They're available for anyone to come and talk to and they're transparent.

The ability to determine my own schedule and flexibility to manage my work/life balance
Commissions that are tied to real revenue goals

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very much part of my family now. I have more close friends at work than I do outside!!!
My team is a fantastic group of folks. They work hard, are dependable, and are very easy to get along with.
We have fun together - work hard, play hard
We're a tight knit group that get along both in the office and out of the office.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lotame culture and environment is open and engaging. We all know each other well enough to both challenge each other and grow together.
Laid back culture; Game room is a huge plus; Company events are fun; Work hard/Play hard culture
There is a general openness and candor
Overall everyone is nice and we have fun together. Can't ask for more
It's a relaxed atmosphere where you have the freedom to work where and how you are most productive without being micro managed.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was evaluated on my interest and the quality of my experience and how I apply that over simply my skill set. I did NOT feel like just another number...I felt that they cared about who I am, and what I can contribute.
