They need to get better at communicating
After doing a market analysis for a school project, I realized that my position is paid half the state and city average.
Bonuses are a joke compared to what other hospitals offer. You end up losing most of what you made from a bonus in taxes.
There need to be more meetings and they need to discuss more

I need more work and communication.
I often have to cover shifts for thers, but don't get any kind of extra pay, even if it's houra past my usual check out time.
