Leadership is hands on and involved in the day to day, which is helpful in keeping employees aligned on business KPIs, missions and shared goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding what their employees do rather than trying to take credit for their employees work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We receive generous stock options that are demonstrably valuable. Lovevery also pays above market rate in lieu of offering bonuses.

My team is small, closely knit and exceptionally effective. We drive each other to success and share excitement in our accomplishments.

Lots of transparency in OKRs so you're always in the know on business KPIs. A culture that encourages personal and professional progress, and lots of time to recharge throughout the year.
