Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm working minimum wage. I am a cashier, a stylist, a piercer, a stocktaker, a merchandiser and I have to do these at the same time everyday. I'd be better off working min-wage in a McDonalds.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

The worst company I've ever worked for. Was head hunted to join the head office in a senior position and was micro-managed to the point where I couldn't perform my role effectively. Employee retention is appalling - most recruits leave within 6 months.
