What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managers dont listen if you have issues, no protection or process to prevent altercations because of stealing, heavy focus on KPIs but nothing if you meet/exceed them only consequences if you dont

At least all the team members have each others back.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was decently easy- probably the best part of the 'Lovisa Experience'- was told same day whether i got the job
