My experience at LPL has been one of the best I've had throughout my 20+ years in the product development space. My management team is supportive and if I am experiencing challenges, they are always willing to listen and help find solutions. The work/life balance is the best I've ever had.
Good service and good company
It's a giant hamster cage. "Us" hamsters do our jobs but get bombarded with diversity propaganda all day. The company spends more money on BS diversity programs than they do enriching employees' needs and desires. Managers are scared and do help because they are afraid you will have their job.
Everyone I work with at LPL is devoted to doing an outstanding job, helping each other, and helping the advisors.
