Had a wonderful experience but not working any more

My company experience has been really good. There is really no dead weight here, everyone who stays employed at LPL has to perform at high caliber to remain in their position

My experience at LPL has been one of the best I've had throughout my 20+ years in the product development space. My management team is supportive and if I am experiencing challenges, they are always willing to listen and help find solutions. The work/life balance is the best I've ever had.

It's a giant hamster cage. "Us" hamsters do our jobs but get bombarded with diversity propaganda all day. The company spends more money on BS diversity programs than they do enriching employees' needs and desires. Managers are scared and do help because they are afraid you will have their job.

Everyone I work with at LPL is devoted to doing an outstanding job, helping each other, and helping the advisors.

Leadership team invites feedback. There is the appropriate amount of checks and balances of power. There are high expectation for those who hold an executive position

The management team in my group consists of forward-thinking individuals who always look out for our team members. They value our suggestions to improve efficiency and eagerly support us in presenting these ideas to the larger organization.

They are approachable and seem to genuinely care about those who are under them.

Super smart, organized, and highly cooperative. They are fantastic mentors.

Nothing wrong with LPL in particular - just comes with being a contractor in my opinion.

We are efficient and collaborative with one another. We have a clear idea of what our shared goals are, and we help one another achieve them

hard working and committed to the mission

I love that my team is full of individuals who leave their egos at the door. We've created a culture where we can be direct and open about our ideas. The team is very accepting of constructive criticism and feedback and always looks for ways to improve.

Everyone is highly intelligent and they have pleasant, humble personalities.

If management would listen to ideas and ways to streamline efficiency. Management only believes they are smart. Most are there because they slept with the right person.

Reps are always complaining. Nothing you do is appreciated but if something is wrong because of their fault, they tear your limbs off.
